GRADUATE/ENTRY LEVEL ENGINEER

Entry level civil engineering position to perform civil engineering work, including studies, design, and field observations of drainage, roadways, water and wastewater utilities, and sidewalk/ADA design all under the supervision of a Professional Engineer. Should have Texas EIT or be prepared to take test for it soon. Some exposure to AutoCAD/Civil 3D. Work is primarily for public sector clients, but some private development work is possible.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Licensed Professional Engineer with 5+ years of project management experience in municipal services and public works projects. Successful candidate must have demonstrated ability to lead, manage and grow a targeted market sector design team.  While technical skills in one or more of the target market sector design team is required, a significant component is the ability to sell work for that sector.  This includes active participation in outside organizations / activities that are client focused; specialty certifications / activities specific to the sector that enable us to win work; and the ability to identify, recruit and develop team members needed to meet the firms growth goals for the market sector.
